Terms of Collaboration
At Hallingcast AS we value openness and flexibility in our collaboration with clients. To achieve this, we focus on adaptable ways of working and communication as the foundation of a successful partnership.
How we work
We work on an hourly-rate basis for production time, which means you only pay for the time we actively spend on your project. Our goal is a predictable and fair pricing structure that reflects the value of the work we deliver.
Examples of our services
Primary: Intellectual work, covering our core products such as film production, photography, website development, graphic design and marketing strategy.
Secondary: Manual work, including assistance on larger projects, driving for transport of goods, and other similar manual tasks.
For complex and large technical projects, such as advanced web solutions, we prefer to agree on pricing and budget in advance, and in some cases invoice on account based on an arrangement that suits both parties.
Additional services
Drone photography: Due to the required insurance and certifications, a surcharge applies to this service.
Transport/driving: For driving outside the municipality where our offices are based (Ål municipality), a surcharge applies to cover travel and operating costs.
Communication
A key to the success of any project is regular and open communication. We encourage prompt responses to emails and phone enquiries to keep the project moving. We understand that an immediate reply is not always possible, and encourage a short note saying that a more detailed answer will follow as soon as possible.
Payment terms
Our standard payment deadline is 14 days from the invoice date, but we are open to adjusting this through individual agreements to meet our clients’ needs.
